The Trustees wish to re-open the hall for all users as soon as it is safe to do so. Subject to Government Guidance we are planning to re-open the hall to our regular users who can fulfill the Governments distance guidelines and general conditions from the 12th OCTOBER. We cannot confirm at this time the date when our popular Bingo sessions will return. Dance groups and others who cannot fulfill the distance requirements will not be allowed to return on this date and will have to wait until a government decision is made.
The maximum number of people allowed in the Hall is 30 at 2mtrs apart, or as per Government guideline. The Foyer has distance stickers on the floor. A mask must be worn on entry, this can be taken off once you are in the Hall if you are involved in an exercise group, but if you are going to other areas of the building a mask must be put on. Upon entry and exit, all visitors must you the Sanitiser unit. Track & Trace, a desk has been provided for the Leader of the group to register contact details. If you have downloaded the NHS Covid app and have a QR code this can be used, otherwise contact details must be recorded. (Note, older phones including iphone 6, you will not be able to download the app.)
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A ONE-WAY SYSTEM IN THE HALL, ENTRY IS BY THE DOUBLE CAR PARK DOORS AND EXIT BY THE DOORS IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
MASKS MUST BE WORN ON ARRIVAL AT THE HALL. You may be refused entry if you arrive without a mask.
